EMODREN is a continuous suction drain warrant a physiologically optimal
drainage of the wound, and preventing post-operative haematomas
without disturbing already initiated coagulation processes.
Its 120-130
mm Hg suction force is produced by a steel spring, which is its main
characteristic. It comes complete with a 100 cm long suction tube, a manually detachable
multi-diameter connection, a drainage tube, and a double Y-connection for
an eventual second drainage tube.
The full range of Emodren products makes it possible to assembly
different sets combining 500/700 ml bellows to 50 cm long drainage tubes of different
diameters with perforation along 14 cm (single rows on Ø 2.4 and 3.2 mm
and double offset rows on Ø 4.2, 4.7, 5.7 mm). Model P is packaged with a disposable Inox guide-
needle already assembled on the drainage tube.
